ESNNA Code of Conduct and our Commitment
The ESNNA Program and Our Commitment Under Law No. 28251, El Ministerio de Comercio Exterior y Turismo (MINCETUR) has created a policy against the sexual exploitation of girls, boys, and adolescents (ESNNA), so the ESNNA code and TITIKAKA ANDEAN EXPLORER S.A.C. They have an agreement on joint actions to prevent and eradicate this problem. Therefore, we declare that:
We reject the Sexual Exploitation of Girls, Boys, and Adolescents ESNNA in Peru and in the world, in general, and in particular in its modality associated with travel and tourism, for being conduct that harms the fundamental rights of people, contrary to the intrinsic objectives of tourist activity in our country.
We denounce and condemn those who use tourism activity and the facilities and services they offer to promote, facilitate, or tolerate the occurrence of sexual exploitation of girls, boys, and adolescents under the above.
“TITIKAKA ANDEAN EXPLORER S.A.C.” Subscribe to this Code of Conduct against the Sexual Exploitation of Girls, Boys, and Adolescents in the Tourism field. Likewise, the people who make up this Agency, to take the necessary measures to protect girls, boys and adolescents against sexual exploitation, maintain an ethical policy of rejecting the commercial sexual exploitation of girls, boys, and adolescents in the context of travel and tourism.
